Step 1 — Submit your request

Apply via:

Choose the status studying and entrepreneurship.

Information needed

• Which facilities you need (Artevelde lists standard facilities for student entrepreneurs: join/leave class earlier/later; priority for group choice; may be absent within the status; may move exams within the same exam period to catch-up moments).
• Whether you requested facilities before.
• If you have a company: enterprise number + name/legal form.
• If not yet: you may still qualify for one academic year (discussed with Gentrepreneur).
• Whether you are a member of The Company and whether you follow coaching at Gentrepreneur.

After confirmation, you should receive an invitation for a conversation at Gentrepreneur within 7 days. If not, email ondernemen@arteveldehs.be.

Step 2 — Status conversation with Gentrepreneur

• Extension: if you have an active enterprise number, the request is approved immediately.
• New request: you’re invited to book a status conversation.

Topics covered: eligibility, correctness of your Startium data, and administrative handling.

Note: without the status conversation, your status is not approved.

Step 3 — Approval and assigning facilities

If approved, you might not receive an email; if rejected, you receive the reason via your Artevelde mailbox.

On approval, the diversity coach of your programme contacts you to discuss the requested facilities.
