In this group session, we cover the software development process: from working out a prototype to planning and following up on a software project. We also look at what is typical when managing AI projects and building AI agents.

• How far can you get with ‘vibe-coding’ tools (Cursor, Lovable, Claude, ChatGPT …)?
• How do you manage the development of a digital product (website, app, SaaS platform, AI software, VR/AR app …)?
• How do you steer your developer or digital agency?
• How do you document the specs (functionality) of your digital product?
• What about terms like Agile, Scrum, design thinking …?
• Which tools exist for digital prototyping and project management?
• What is specific about developing an AI agent?
